Function Overview

The Zk-360 adjustable transparent film packaging machine is a new type of fully automatic, speed-adjustable laminating machine integrating mechanics, electricity and pneumatics, which was independently developed and successfully launched by Zhenke Machinery in 2009. This machine is controlled by a human-machine interface. The main load-bearing and transmission components are all mechanical, composed of servo film feeding and auxiliary pneumatic components. It has good regulating performance and is easy to operate. This machine can complete packaging of various different specifications. This machine features stable operation and high production-to-efficiency ratio, and is currently a best-selling packaging machine in the market.

It adopts BOPP double-sided heat-sealing film. The inner diameter of the film roll is 70MM, the outer diameter is 330MM, and the thickness is 2.0-3.0C

Process performance

Equipment operation process Pack the box - feed conveyor belt - box sensing - push plate pushes the box ---- box in front - film wraps the box tightly - long side sealing plate is heat-sealed to fix the film ---- the box at the back is pushed in the same way as the front - the front box is folded on both sides of the film plate by the corner folding machine to form the shape - left and right heat-sealing plates are heat-sealed to tighten the two films ------ upper and lower heat-sealing plates are heat-sealed The upper and lower facial masks ---- convey and receive the ironed boxes for six-sided ironing preparation ----- sense the ironed boxes ----- push the boxes with the rear push plate ----- the boxes reach the ironing plate area - heat and shrink the front and back of the boxes ---- the rear box pushes the ironed boxes out ----- Place the ironed boxes in cartons for packaging and shipment

Paper box requirements: (unit: cm)

1. The paper box needs to be pre-folded by the paper box supplier.

2. The corners of the paper box ears need to be rounded.

3. There must be no glue leakage inside the box
